The Big 12 Conference was honored with 16 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Regional First Team recipients, four honorable mentions, two AVCA Regional Freshman of the Year and one AVCA Regional Player of the Year.
Big 12 Player of the Year Micaya White (Texas) was named the Southwest Region Player of the Year, while élan McCall (TCU) and Gloria Mutiri (Kansas State) earned Southwest Region and Midwest Region Freshman of the Year, respectively. The Big 12 is one of two conferences with two individuals named AVCA Regional Freshman of the Year in McCall and Mutiri .
As a program, Texas led the way for the Conference with four first teamers and one honorable mention, while Kansas State and Oklahoma both had three first team honorees each.
