Beach Volleyball:
Trevor Crabb and John Mayer won gold with a win over Germany at the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour in Jinjiang, China.

Fencing:
The U.S. women finished fifth at the saber world cup in Tunis, Tunisia.

Para Swimming:
Curtis Lovejoy won gold in the 150-meter individual medley and silver in the 50 breastroke at the World Para Swimming Series in Sheffield, England.

Rowing:
Single sculler Kara Kohler finished seventh at the world cup in Belgrade, Serbia.

Synchronized Swimming:
The U.S. finished fifth in the team technical event at the FINA Artistic Swimming World Series in Surrey, British Columbia.

Track and Field:
Team USA had four wins at the IAAF Diamond League stop in Rome.

Water Polo:
The U.S. women’s water polo team claimed its fifth straight tournament title – and 12th overall – at the FINA World League Super Final, marking the longest streak by any nation in the women’s World League.

Also This Week:
Madison Keys and Sloane Stephens advanced to the quarterfinals of the French Open in Paris…Leanne Smith set three American and two Pan American records at the Jimi Flowers Classic Para swimming meet in Colorado Springs, Colorado…The U.S. women are undefeated, winning against Greece, China and Algeria at the IBSA Goalball World Championships in Malmo, Sweden, which continues through June 9…The U.S. women wrapped up the FIVB Volleyball Nations League in Bangkok with three wins over Germany, Dominican Republic and Thailand…The U.S. men’s team defeated Japan and South Korea at the FIVB Volleyball Nations League tournament in Goiania, Brazil…The U.S. men’s rugby sevens team finished sixth in London at the World Sevens Series.
