Biathlon:
Susan Dunklee placed seventh in the women’s 7.5-kilometer sprint at the IBU World Cup in Oslo, Norway.

Bobsled:
Jamie Greubel Poser and Elana Meyers Taylor went 1-2 at the final IBSF World Cup stop in PyeongChang, South Korea, to finish first and third in the overall world cup standings.

Fencing:
Lee Kiefer and Alex Massialas won gold and silver as Kiefer became the first U.S. woman to earn a No. 1 world ranking in foil fencing at the FIE Grand Prix in Long Beach, California.

Gymnastics:
Morgan Hurd secured bronze in women’s all-around, while Allan Bower finished seventh for the men at the FIG World Cup in Stuttgart, Germany.

Shooting:
Ashley Carroll set a world record to earn her first world cup title in women’s trap at the ISSF World Cup Shotgun in Acapulco, Mexico, which continues through March 27.

Skeleton:
Katie Uhlaender finished eighth, while Matt Antoine placed 10th at the IBSF World Cup in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Skiing:
Mikaela Shiffrin claimed her first overall world cup title at the FIS Alpine World Cup in Aspen, Colorado, becoming the third American woman to claim the crystal globe.

Andrew Kurka secured two overall men’s sitting world cup titles, super-G and downhill, at the Para Alpine World Cup Final in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Oksana Masters claimed the women’s sitting overall cross-country world cup globe at the Para Nordic World Cup Final in Sapporo, Japan, which continues through March 22.

First-place finishes from McRae Williams (slopestyle) and Aaron Blunck (halfpipe) highlighted Team USA’s 12 top-10 finishes at the FIS Freestyle World Championships in Sierra Nevada, Spain.

Oksana Masters won four golds and one bronze as U.S. athletes claimed 15 podium finishes at the Para Nordic World Cup in PyeongChang, South Korea.

Simi Hamilton placed fourth in the men’s 1.5-kilometer sprint, while Jessie Diggins finished ninth in the women’s event at the FIS Cross-Country World Cup in Quebec City.

Lindsey Vonn placed second, while Laurenne Ross finished fifth in downhill at the FIS Alpine World Cup in Aspen, Colorado.

Snowboarding:
Chris Corning secured silver in men’s big air to highlight Team USA’s three top-10 finishes at the FIS World Championships in Sierra Nevada, Spain.

Tennis:
Jack Sock advanced to the semifinals, while Venus Williams advanced to the quarterfinals at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California.

Volleyball:
The U.S. team of Kimberly DiCello and Emily Stockman tied for fifth at the FIVB World Tour in Sydney.

Also This Week:
Highlighted by golds from Vincent Zhou (men’s) and Rachel and Michael Parsons (ice dance), Team USA secured three medals at the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships in Taipei City, Taiwan…Team USA defeated Dominican Republic, 6-3, to earn a semifinal berth at the World Baseball Classic in San Diego, which continues through March 22…Team USA curling recorded four wins in round-robin play at the World Women’s Championship in Beijing, which continues through March 26…Bryan Fletcher placed 11th at the FIS Nordic Combined Skiing World Cup in Schonach, Germany…Kevin Bickner finished 15th, while the U.S. men’s team placed ninth at the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup in Vikersund, Finland.
